I’ve been up to my eyeballs with research into French law and accounting procedures which of course is rather different in some aspect to that of Hong Kong’s legal and accounting system.

At this time, my head is filled with legal terminologies on the difference between an “association”, an “S.A.R.L.”, and an “S.A.” where company formation’s concerned. I have it all pretty much figured out but those aren’t the only three types of company formation here in France. Within the structure of an “association” – I’m still to determine the difference between one that is declared and undeclared, a foundation, an association under law 1901, another under law 1905, and so forth and so on … and it gets fascinating if not confusing as we go along.

I shall have a day to review the Antique Fair along the Seine which started sometime 5th May and I believe it will end tomorrow, 15th May. It’s taking place somewhere close to Pont Alexandre III, one of the most beautiful bridges that links the Right and Left Banks of Paris and I shall take time out to write more and post some interesting photographs as I’m also due to cover Place des Vosges to check the galleries there and to note new artists.

What’s worth checking out in the meantime, would also be Gina DL from Belgium and her photographs. Another amazing and gifted “eye” and a delight to discover.
